Le Moulin à Odeurs est un dispositif installé au bout du chemin du Turon, près du lavoir et de la source. Un tube en plexiglas, ouvert aux deux extrémités et ancré dans le sol humide, capte un échantillon olfactif du site : air, terre, plantes aromatiques. Une hélice en céramique, placée à hauteur du nez, est actionnée manuellement. En brassant l'air, elle libère ce que le tube a prélevé.

Le promeneur peut également déposer au fond du cylindre des plantes collectées en chemin : menthe sauvage, mélisse, ache des marais, laurier. L'objet devient ainsi un réceptacle en mouvement, où les odeurs du paysage s'accumulent et se mélangent.

The Moulin à Odeurs is a device installed at the end of the Turon path, near the washhouse and the spring. A plexiglas tube, open at both ends and anchored in the damp ground, captures an olfactory sample of the site: air, earth, aromatic plants. A ceramic propeller, positioned at nose level, is activated manually. By stirring the air, it releases what the tube has collected.

Walkers can also deposit plants gathered along the path at the base of the cylinder: wild mint, lemon balm, water parsley, bay leaves. The object becomes a living receptacle, where the scents of the landscape accumulate and blend.

The award ceremony organises a two-part ritual. Each laureate places a glass marble into the main Trophy, contributing to the collective memory of each edition. A second marble, set on a hand-turned wooden base, is then presented to them as a personal trophy.

The main object fills up over the course of ceremonies. It bears witness to past laureates and editions through the marbles, making visible the accumulation of recognised actions.
